Job summary

PT. Central Mega Kencana is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee overall store performance in Medan. You will drive sales, lead the team, and enhance the customer experience while ensuring daily operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, managing inventory, upholding brand standards, handling customer issues, and coordinating with Area Manager and Head Office on business matters.

• Manage daily store operations in accordance with company SOP.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, product security, and proper stock handling.
• Maintain brand, grooming, and visual merchandising standards.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues effectively.
• Prepare regular sales and operational reports.
• Coordinate with Area Manager and Head Office on business and operational matters.
