Job summary

PT Dunia Pancing Indonesia is seeking an Area Operations Retail Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales targets, and coach field teams across Jakarta and surrounding showrooms. You will manage budgets, inventory, and visual merchandising to maximize profitability.

You will lead training initiatives, analyze performance data, and report on store KPIs while ensuring exceptional customer service and strong cross-functional collaboration with sales and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in management, business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in retail with supervisory/manager experience.

About you

• Minimum S1 education, preferably in management/business
• Minimum 3 years experience in retail, with supervisor/manager experience
• Understanding of showroom/store operations, sales, customer service, and sales target achievement
• Leadership capability and ability to manage and evaluate team performance
• Ability to analyze sales and develop strategies to increase revenue
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to analyze sales data and create reports
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
• Willing to be mobile to showrooms/branches as required
