PT. Adicipta Boga Intiprima (IMPERIAL GROUP) is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, drive sales, and uphold high standards.

You will coach staff, monitor financials (P&L, COGS, labor, inventory), ensure food safety, and manage vendor deliveries. A hands-on leader with strong interpersonal skills will thrive in this role.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in F&B as Store/Restaurant Manager
• Strong leadership and hands-on team management skills
• Knowledge of daily restaurant operations and food safety
• Proficient with POS, MS Excel, and reporting tools
• Experience with P&L, COGS, labor costs and inventory

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and optimize daily outlet operations to meet sales targets
• Coach and mentor store staff, including scheduling and performance evaluation
• Analyze sales reports, control COGS, manage labor costs, minimize waste
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, QA
• Supervise inventory, stock counts, purchases, and vendor deliveries

Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Restaurant Manager in the F&B industry.

Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills with a hands-on approach.

Deep knowledge of daily restaurant/outlet operations, service standards, and food safety regulations.

Solid understanding of financial metrics, including P&L, COGS, labor cost management, inventory control, and waste minimization.

Proficient in operating POS systems, MS Office (especially MS Excel), and reporting tools.

Excellent problem-solving abilities, target-driven, and strong customer-service mindset.

Job Description:
