Job summary

PT INDO ARLOJI PERKASA is seeking a Retail Manager to oversee daily operations across all stores in Jakarta, drive sales performance, and lead store teams to meet company standards and targets.

You will monitor KPIs, coach staff, manage inventory and displays, ensure top customer service, and collaborate with Sales, Warehouse, Marketing, HR and Finance to deliver consistent store performance and timely reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all retail stores to ensure smooth and efficient business activities.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze results, and ensure monthly sales targets are achieved.
• Lead, manage, motivate, and evaluate store staff and sales teams.
• Set, monitor, and evaluate SPG KPIs including sales achievement, attendance, discipline, product knowledge.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching to improve SPG productivity and sales.
• Monitor stock availability, inventory accuracy, and product display standards.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints effectively.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Marketing, HR, and Finance to support retail operations.
• Prepare and monitor regular sales and operational reports.
• Ensure proper implementation of company policies, promotions, and sales strategies across all stores.
• Monitor store cleanliness, staff discipline, and compliance with SOPs.
• Identify opportunities and develop initiatives to improve sales and productivity.

Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints effectively.
