PT Union Tetap Jaya is seeking a Retail Sales Coordinator to support sales across multiple stores in Indonesia's Banten region. The role involves coordinating activities, ensuring stock availability, and maintaining attractive displays.

You will train store teams to enhance performance and analyze sales data to guide strategy. The candidate should have a diploma or bachelor’s degree in related fields and at least 2 years of experience in retail sales coordination.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in related fields such as Management, Marketing, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Retail Sales Coordinator or equivalent retail sales position.
• Good understanding of trends and best practices in the retail industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and oversee sales activities in several of our retail stores.
• Ensure stock availability and attractive product displays in stores.
• Provide training and guidance to store sales teams to improve sales performance.
• Analyze sales data and provide recommendations to improve sales strategy.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to implement sales campaigns and promotions.
• Ensure store compliance with company standards and procedures.
