Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum education SMA/SMK (preferably Culinary or similar).
• At least 1 year experience as butcher/meat cutter in retail, supermarket, or slaughterhouse.
• Able to cut, clean, and prepare various types of meat per company standards.
• Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards in fresh meat handling.

Responsibilities

• Perform cutting, skinning, weighing, and packaging of meat products per standards.
• Maintain quality, freshness, and display appearance of meat in the store.
• Ensure cleanliness of work area, equipment, and food safety compliance.
• Provide friendly and informative service to customers about meat products.
• Conduct stock checks and assist in receiving/storing raw meat materials.

Key responsibilities

• Perform cutting, skinning, weighing, and packaging of meat products according to operational standards
• Maintain quality, freshness, and appearance of meat products in the store display area
• Ensure cleanliness of work area, equipment, and maintain food safety standards
• Provide friendly and informative service to customers regarding meat products
• Conduct stock checks and assist in receiving and storing raw meat materials
• Report damaged or unsaleable products to management
• Assist in meat product promotion activities in the store according to management direction

About you

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK (preferably Culinary or similar major)
• Minimum 1 year experience as a butcher/meat cutter (retail, supermarket, or slaughterhouse)
• Able to cut, clean, and prepare various types of meat (beef, chicken, goat, fish, etc.) according to company standards
• Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards in fresh meat handling areas
• Able to safely use cutting equipment (knives, meat saws, scales, grinding machines, etc.)
• Meticulous, honest, responsible, and able to work in a team
• Willing to work with shift system and weekends
