Job summary

Bika Group is seeking a Staff Admin E‑Commerce to support online sales operations and keep day-to-day processes running smoothly.

You will manage orders, maintain listings and pricing, and coordinate with marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure timely fulfillment and accurate reporting. This role requires attention to detail and good communication in a fast-paced home furnishing environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree (any major, preferably Business/Management/Communication).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop) is advantageous.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• English proficiency is beneficial.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
