PT Ultra Sakti saat ini mencari Admin E-commerce yang teliti dan berbasis data untuk mendukung operasi bisnis online di berbagai platform marketplace. Anda akan memantau performa toko, mengelola laporan, dan menjaga kelancaran operasional harian.

Tugas mencakup pemantauan penjualan, kampanye, ketersediaan stok, dan pembaruan listing produk. Kandidat akan bekerja dengan tim lintas fungsi untuk menyelaraskan promosi, harga, dan persyaratan operasional marketplace.

Formación

• Minimal gelar D3 di bidang apa saja; lulusan baru dipersilakan melamar.
• Mahir Microsoft Excel dan Microsoft Office.
• Memiliki kemampuan analitis dan perhatian terhadap detail.

Responsabilidades

• Mengelola dan memantau operasional e-commerce perusahaan di berbagai platform marketplace.
• Memantau kinerja penjualan, kampanye, lalu lintas situs, ketersediaan stok, dan operasional toko untuk mencapai target bisnis.
• Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal terkait promosi, listing produk, pembaruan harga, dan persyaratan operasional marketplace.
• Menganalisis kinerja marketplace dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan penjualan.
• Menyusun laporan rutin mengenai penjualan, efektivitas kampanye, status inventori, dan aktivitas operasional marketplace.

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven E-Commerce Admin to support our online business operations across various e-commerce platforms and marketplaces. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring store performance, coordinating promotional activities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day marketplace operations to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor the company's e-commerce platforms and marketplace operations.

Monitor sales performance, campaigns, website traffic, stock availability, inventory levels, and store operations to ensure business targets are achieved.

Coordinate with internal teams regarding promotional activities, product listings, pricing updates, and marketplace operational requirements.

Analyze marketplace performance and provide recommendations to improve sales growth and overall store performance.

Prepare regular reports on sales performance, campaign effectiveness, inventory status, and marketplace operational activities.

Qualifications

Minimum Associate's Degree (D3) in any major; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.

Strong attention to detail with good analytical and data management skills.

Responsible, proactive, and able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Willing to be based in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta.
