Job summary

Time International in Jakarta is seeking an E-Commerce Website Operations Specialist to own daily website operations, from product data to promotions and content, across channels.

You will plan campaigns with Marketing, Creative, and Social Media, manage SKU listings and promotional setups, and monitor performance to improve customer journeys. Collaboration and attention to detail are essential in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, website management, digital commerce, or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, as well as SAP, POS systems, and digital analytics/marketing tools.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, promotions, campaign execution, and online customer journeys.
• Highly detail-oriented and hands-on, with ownership of content, promotions, and campaigns.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

What You'll Need To Succeed :

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field from a reputable university.
• Minimum 4years of experience in e-commerce operations, website management, digital commerce, or digital marketing, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, or retail.
• Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, as well as SAP, POS systems, and digital analytics/marketing tools.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, promotions, campaign execution, and online customer journeys.
• Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable improvements.
• Highly detail-oriented and hands-on, with a strong sense of ownership in managing website content, promotions, and campaign execution.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Strong communication skills with fluent written and spoken English.
