Samudera Indonesia is seeking an on-site HSE professional to assist in audits, incidents reporting, and the maintenance of QHSE documentation. The role supports the implementation of HSE programs, safety procedures, emergency response, and environmental practices across projects.

The candidate will help enforce an Integrated Management System, manage risk, and participate in incident investigations, while ensuring compliance with applicable standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of HSE practices, safety procedures, fire prevention, and waste management.
• Preferably certified in K3, First Aid, or Fire Safety.
• Able to prepare reports and documentation with good attention to detail.
• Willing to work on-site (field/building projects).

Responsabilidades

1. 1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. 2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. 3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. 4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
