Job summary

Samudera Indonesia is hiring a TES QHSE Staff to support our Jakarta operations. The role focuses on audits, inspections, documentation, and risk management within our Integrated Management System framework.

The candidate will contribute to QHSE reporting, risk assessments, and compliance documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to uphold safety and quality standards at the Jakarta site.

Qualifications

• Proficient in operating computers and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Capable of preparing routine QHSE reports, risk assessments, and other related documentation.

Responsibilities

• Main: Report audit results, inspections or incidents to supervisors or senior management.
• Maintain QHSE documentation including audit reports and improvement recommendations.
• Assist in preparing QHSE reports.
• General: Implement the Integrated Management System and manage risk documentation.
• Encourage commitment to Integrated Management System requirements.
• Participate in investigating accidents or incidents and provide factual reports.
• Engage in information security controls to protect company information assets.

Main Responsibilities

• Report the results of audits, inspections or incidents to supervisors or senior management.
• Maintain documentation related to QHSE activities, including audit reports, improvement recommendations, and compliance documents.
• Assist in preparing reports related to quality, health, safety, and the environment.

General Responsibilities

• Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
• Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
• Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
• Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum Associate Degree (Diploma 3) in HSE, or Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/K3) or Public Health (with OHS specialization).
• Proficient in operating computers and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Capable of preparing routine QHSE reports, risk assessments, and other related documentation.
• Possession of a General OHS Expert (Ahli K3 Umum) certification is highly preferred.
