Job summary

Samudera Indonesia invites a QHSE Specialist to strengthen the Integrated Management System and ensure safety across logistics operations. The role centers on audits, risk control, and documentation within a dynamic shipping and logistics network.

The position requires 1–2 years in QHSE, a relevant bachelor's degree, and proficiency in risk assessment, incident investigations, and reporting. You will prepare QHSE reports and training materials, supporting a culture of safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering, OH&S, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in QHSE, preferably in logistics, warehousing, or transportation.
• Certified General Occupational Health and Safety Expert (Ahli K3 Umum) from Kemnaker RI.
• Knowledge of risk assessment, HIRADC, safety inspections, and QHSE management systems.
• Experience in preparing QHSE reports, documentation, and training materials.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in QHSE, preferably in the logistics, warehousing, or transportation industry.
