Samudera Indonesia is seeking a qualified HSE professional in Jakarta to implement an Integrated Management System, conduct audits, and maintain QHSE documentation. You will report to senior management and work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and risk control.

The role requires a Diploma 3 in HSE or a Bachelor’s in OHS/Public Health with an OHS specialization, plus strong computer skills and experience preparing routine QHSE reports and risk assessments.

Formación

• Minimum Diploma 3 in HSE or Bachelor’s in OHS/Public Health with OHS specialization.
• Proficient in operating computers and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Capable of preparing routine QHSE reports, risk assessments, and related documentation.
• General OHS Expert (Ahli K3 Umum) certification is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Report the results of audits, inspections or incidents to supervisors or senior management.
• Maintain documentation related to QHSE activities, including audit reports and compliance documents.
• Assist in preparing reports related to quality, health, safety and the environment.
• Be willing to participate in investigation processes of accidents and incidents and provide factual reports.
• Engage in information security control processes to protect company information assets.

Main Responsibilities

1. Report the results of audits, inspections or incidents to supervisors or senior management.
2. Maintain documentation related to QHSE activities, including audit reports, improvement recommendations, and compliance documents.
3. Assist in preparing reports related to quality, health, safety, and the environment.

General Responsibilities

1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department’s work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

1. Minimum Associate Degree (Diploma 3) in HSE, or Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/K3) or Public Health (with OHS specialization).

2. Proficient in operating computers and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

3. Capable of preparing routine QHSE reports, risk assessments, and other related documentation.

4. Possession of a General OHS Expert (Ahli K3 Umum) certification is highly preferred.
