Job summary

Samudera Indonesia is seeking an on-site HSE specialist to assist in conducting audits, inspections, and incident reporting. You will help maintain QHSE documentation and support environmental, safety, and emergency response programs across projects.

You will contribute to the Integrated Management System by identifying risks, ensuring compliance, and documenting actions with attention to detail. The role requires willingness to work on-site at field/building projects and a solid foundation in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in OHS, environmental engineering, or related field.
• Solid knowledge of HSE practices including safety procedures, fire prevention, emergency response, and waste management.
• Preferably certified in K3, First Aid, or Fire Safety.
• Ability to prepare reports and documentation with strong attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities

1. Assist in conducting HSE audits, inspections, and incident reporting, including preparing reports and recommendations.

2. Maintain and manage QHSE documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.

3. Support the implementation of HSE programs, including safety procedures, emergency response, and environmental practices.

General Responsibilities

1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department’s work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications
