Job summary

Samudera Indonesia Tbk is seeking an SRA HSE Staff to support audits, inspections, incident reporting, and QHSE documentation. The role requires ensuring compliance with HSE standards and assisting in the implementation of safety procedures and environmental practices on-site.

You will contribute to the Integrated Management System, engage in risk identification, and participate in investigations to improve safety and information security practices across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of HSE practices, including safety procedures, fire prevention, emergency response, and waste management.
• Preferably certified in K3, First Aid, or Fire Safety.
• Able to prepare reports and documentation with good attention to detail.
• Willing to work on-site (field/building projects).

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting HSE audits, inspections, and incident reporting, including preparing reports and recommendations.
• Maintain and manage QHSE documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.
• Support the implementation of HSE programs, including safety procedures, emergency response, and environmental practices.
• Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including identification, documentation, and control of risks in the department's work area.
• Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all Integrated Management System requirements.
• Be willing to participate in investigation of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents, providing accurate information and reports.
• Be willing to engage in information security control processes to protect company information assets.
