Job summary

Samudera Indonesia is seeking a QA/HS&E professional to oversee audits, inspections, and incident reporting across multiple branches. You will maintain QHSE documentation, prepare safety and environmental reports, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the integrated management system.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in health, safety or environmental engineering, at least one year in QHSE, and strong knowledge of SMK3 and ISO 45001.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's in Occupational Health & Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in QHSE.
• In-depth understanding of HSE Management Systems (SMK3, ISO 45001).
• Proficient in developing HIRADC, JSA, SOPs, and incident reports.

Responsibilities

• Report the results of audits, inspections or incidents to supervisors or senior management.
• Maintain documentation related to QHSE activities, including audit reports, improvement recommendations, and compliance documents.
• Assist in preparing reports related to quality, health, safety, and the environment.
• Campaign Safety For All Branch
• Responsible for Safety Briefing in Jakarta and Semarang Area
• Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
• Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
• Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
• Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
