Job summary

Samudera Indonesia Tbk is seeking a QHSE professional to help maintain and improve our Integrated Management System across logistics and warehousing operations in Jakarta. You will report on audits and incidents, prepare QHSE reports, and support training materials.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant bachelor’s degree, 1–2 years’ experience, and a Kemnaker Ahli K3 Umum certification, with strong risk assessment and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 1–2 years of experience in QHSE, preferably in logistics/warehousing/transportation.
• Certified General Occupational Health and Safety Expert (Ahli K3 Umum) from Kemnaker RI.
• Good knowledge of risk assessment, HIRADC, safety inspections, incident investigations, and QHSE management systems.
• Experience preparing QHSE reports, documentation and training materials.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing reports related to quality, health, safety, and the environment.
• Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
• Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
• Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
• Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

• Good knowledge of risk assessment, HIRADC, safety inspections, incident investigations, and QHSE management systems.
• Experienced in preparing QHSE reports, documentation, and training materials.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
