Job summary

PT Bormindo Nusantara is seeking a Senior Organization & People Development Officer to join our HR & Recruitment team in Duri, Riau. The role focuses on strategic organizational development, talent management, and change initiatives across our operations.

You will report to senior leadership and shape our people strategy, including restructuring, competency frameworks, and career progression pathways, to attract, retain, and develop high-performing talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration or related field; Master's degree is advantageous.
• Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in organizational development, human resources or talent management roles, preferably in a senior capacity.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing organizational development and change management programmes.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English language is required.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive organizational development strategies aligned with company vision and business objectives.
• Develop and deliver targeted people development programmes, including leadership training, skills enhancement and succession planning initiatives.
• Conduct organizational assessments and analyse workforce data to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
• Lead change management projects and support organizational restructuring efforts to optimise efficiency and effectiveness.
• Create and maintain job architecture, competency frameworks and career progression pathways across the organisation.
• Partner with department heads to identify talent development needs and provide customised training and coaching solutions.
• Oversee performance management systems and ensure effective implementation across all levels of the organisation.
• Monitor and analyse key HR metrics and organizational development indicators to measure program effectiveness.
• Facilitate workshops, team building activities and cultural development initiatives to strengthen organisational capabilities.
• Advise senior management on organisational structure, workforce planning and people strategy matters.

This is a full-time position based in Duri, Riau, offering a unique opportunity to drive strategic organizational development and people initiatives across our operations. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our organisation through comprehensive people development programmes, organizational restructuring initiatives, and talent management strategies. What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration or related field; Master's degree is advantageous
• Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in organizational development, human resources or talent management roles, preferably in a senior capacity
• Proven track record of designing and successfully implementing organizational development and change management programmes
• Strong knowledge of organizational behaviour, adult learning principles, change management methodologies and talent management best practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and delivering training programmes, workshops and coaching interventions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders at all organisational levels
• Experience with HR systems, organizational assessment tools and talent management platforms
• Ability to work independently whilst maintaining strong collaborative relationships across the organizational
• Certification in organizational development, change management or executive coaching is preferred
• Fluency in Indonesian and English language is required
