• Bachelor's degree in psychology, HRM, industrial engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years in HR Development, handling OD, People Development, PM, and sourcing.
• Solid OD practices, org design, competency frameworks, learning evaluation models, and recruitment strategies.

Job description

HR People & Organizational Development Supervisor

Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields from a reputable university.

Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Development (handling Organizational Development, People Development, Performance Management, and Strategic Sourcing).

Strong understanding of OD practices, organization structure optimalization, performance & talent management cycles, competency frameworks, learning evaluation models, and recruitment strategies.

Proven track record in designing, developing, and implementing strategic HR programs, policies, frameworks, and data-driven People Operations processes.

Strong experience in leveraging HRIS modules, HR Analytics (retention mapping, TNA impact validation), and continuous appraisal systems (KPI/OKR).

Analytical mindset, strategic problem-solving capability, high emotional intelligence, and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Willingness to be placed in Bandung.

Job Description:

Lead and supervise the People & Organizational Development (POD) function to align talent strategies with PT Taka Hydrocore Indonesia business strategy growth roadmap.

Design and manage the end-to-end performance management cycle (KPI/OKR goal setting, calibration, continuous feedback, and performance-to-training impact validation).

Oversee strategic recruitment and employer branding initiatives to secure top-tier engineering, offshore technical, and managerial talent.

Design and update organizational structures, competency matrices, career paths, and job descriptions in response to evolving offshore asset operations.

Formulate and execute comprehensive Training Need Analysis (TNA), leadership development tracks, and mandatory marine certification compliance programs.

Drive data-informed People Operations initiatives by transforming employee feedback (eNPS, exit interviews) into actionable retention maps and culture-building programs.

Supervise HRIS module alignment (Structure, Performance, Learning & Talent) to ensure seamless cross-functional data integrity with Total Rewards (Comben).

Champion the internalization of PT Taka Hydrocore Indonesia core values to foster a high-performance, safe, and collaborative organizational culture.

Strategic Talent & Leadership Acquisition: Proficient in high-impact sourcing, competency-based interviewing, and building strategic talent pipelines.

Organizational Design & OD Practices: Expert in designing scalable organizational structures, job grading, competency mapping, and culture transformation.

Data-Driven Performance Management: Advanced capability in managing appraisal cycles, OKR/KPI calibration, eNPS analysis, and linking performance to learning outcomes.

People Analytics & HRIS Governance: Strong analytical skills in converting HR data into actionable business insights and governing structured HRIS modules.
