Job summary

PT. Mowilex in Jakarta, Indonesia invites an experienced Specifier Manager to provide technical and commercial support to the Sales team for securing project approvals.

You will maintain a project and architectural firm database, nurture consultant relationships, and map high-potential opportunities across the territory. You will conduct technical trainings and seminars to boost brand visibility, track coatings industry trends, and collaborate with Sales to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related major.
• Proven experience as a Specifier in a managerial capacity.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and commercial support to assist the Sales team in securing project approvals.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of key construction projects and architectural firms within the assigned territory.
• Build and nurture relationships with consultants, architects, designers, and specifiers to influence project specifications.
• Conduct technical and commercial training sessions and seminars to enhance brand visibility and support channel sales.
• Identify and map high-potential projects within the assigned country.
• Monitor trends in the construction and coatings industry to promote solutions and drive market growth.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to achieve targets by securing specifications and sharing timely project updates.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts through visits, presentations, and industry seminars.
• Organize regular meetings with leading architects and project owners to present offerings with focus on technical performance.
