Job summary

ParagonCorp in Jakarta is seeking a senior Architect/Interior Designer to lead architectural and interior concepts, layouts and design development aligned with project requirements and standards. The role requires site analysis, design opportunities identification, and coordination with structural, MEP and other disciplines to ensure feasibility and design integrity.

You will produce detailed design deliverables, including drawings, DED, material specifications and design documentation, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural and/or interior design, preferably in commercial, workplace, retail, or industrial projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and/or other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of architectural design, interior design, space planning, material selection, and design development.
• Able to develop design concepts, technical drawings, DED, and design documentation.
• Strong ability to coordinate with Structural, MEP, Construction, and other project stakeholders.
• Strong visualization, attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Portfolio of relevant architectural/interior design projects is required.
