About the job Senior Architect (Manufacture)

On behalf of our client, a Manufacture company that is looking to hire a Senior Architect with details below:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for project design development of multiple assigned projects
• Able to handle project independently from inception to completion
• Responsible for designing and planning in accordance with the project owner
• Manage technical and detailed design as well as project management
• Involvement in Presentations & Managing Clients Expectations
• Able to multi-task and work as an individual or part of a team in dynamic environment (ex. on site survey, supervise and , hunting items, etc)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
• At least have min 3-5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
• Proficiency in Sketchup, AutoCad, Revit, rendering for sketchup: Vray / Enscape / Lumion / Corona and other design software
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
