Qualifications

You will be the welcoming face of our spa, ensuring operations run smoothly, while also stepping in to deliver exceptional treatments to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily spa reservations, process payments, and handle all front‑desk reception duties with a warm, welcoming attitude.
• Operate our computer and spa reservation systems to keep the daily schedule running smoothly. Professionally perform a variety of spa treatments, specifically delivering high‑quality body massages, foot massages, facials, and body scrubs.
• Use your strong selling and upselling skills to naturally guide guests toward the best services and products for their needs.
• Efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment while staying highly organized.

What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within a hotel or spa environment.
• Formal certification and proven hands‑on experience in providing body massages, foot massages, facials, and body scrubs.
• Strong communication skills in English, paired with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
