The role requires certification in spa therapy, experience in professional spa or hospitality environments, and knowledge of techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, and hot stone.

Qualifications

• Certification in spa therapy or massage from a recognised institution.
• Experience in a professional spa, wellness centre or hospitality setting.
• Knowledge of multiple massage modalities and skincare principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional spa treatments including massages, facials, and body therapies.
• Consult with clients to understand needs, preferences and health considerations.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in treatment areas.
• Prepare treatment rooms and stock supplies.
• Perform treatments with professionalism and client comfort in mind.
• Advise on spa treatments and wellness products.
• Maintain detailed client records including treatment history.
• Collaborate with spa and hospitality staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Stay up-to-date with spa industry trends and best practices.
• Adhere to health, safety and company policies.
