Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or spa environment.
• Formal certification with hands-on experience in delivering spa treatments (body massages, foot massages, facials, and body scrubs).
• Strong English communication and excellent customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and guest-oriented demeanor; flexibility to work varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily spa reservations, process payments, and handle front-desk duties with a welcoming attitude.
• Operate spa reservation systems and perform spa treatments including massages,Facials, and body scrubs as needed.
• Leverage selling skills to guide guests toward services and products that suit their needs.
• Stay organized while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
