About the role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Spa Therapist to join the team at Legends Bistro Bar & Sports in Bali. This is a full-time position based in our Bali location, where you will provide exceptional spa treatments and therapeutic services to our valued guests. As a Spa Therapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering a memorable wellness experience that complements our hospitality offerings and enhances guest satisfaction. Your expertise in therapeutic techniques and commitment to client wellbeing will be instrumental in maintaining our reputation for excellence in the spa and beauty services industry.

Key responsibilities

Provide a range of professional spa treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments and other therapeutic services to guests

Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences and any health considerations before treatment

Maintain exceptional standards of hygiene, cleanliness and sanitation in all spa treatment areas

Prepare and maintain spa treatment rooms, ensuring all equipment and products are well-stocked and organised

Perform treatments with professionalism and attentiveness, ensuring client comfort and relaxation throughout

Provide professional advice and recommendations regarding spa treatments and wellness products

Maintain detailed client records, including treatment history and preferences

Collaborate with other spa and hospitality staff to ensure seamless guest experiences

Keep up to date with industry trends, techniques and best practices in spa therapy

Adhere to all health, safety and company policies and procedures

What we’re looking for

Certification or qualification in spa therapy, massage therapy or related therapeutic discipline from a recognised training institution

Proven experience working as a Spa Therapist in a professional spa, wellness centre or hospitality environment

Strong knowledge of various massage techniques, including Swedish massage, deep tissue, hot stone therapy and other modalities

Proficiency in facial treatments and body therapies, with an understanding of skincare principles

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clientele

Physical fitness and stamina to perform treatments throughout the working day

Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism

Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends as required by the hospitality sector

Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to spa and beauty services

Bilingual capability (English and Indonesian) is advantageous
