Job summary

Solarvest is seeking a Project Manager (Solar PV) to lead execution of solar PV power plant projects from planning through construction in Indonesia. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain schedule discipline, and ensure quality standards.

Ideal candidates hold a Engineering degree, 5+ years in solar project management, fluent English, and are willing to travel across Java and beyond. PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience managing solar PV projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, project scheduling tools, and preparing technical documentation.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel to project sites within Java or outside Java.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams with strong communication and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee the planning and construction of Solar PV power plants, including installation and commissioning activities.
• Develop and manage execution schedules for each project.
• Conduct site monitoring to ensure work progresses according to approved schedules, drawings, quality standards, and work methods.
• Prepare project designs and determine bill of quantity and bill of material requirements for Solar PV projects.
• Apply project management principles and practices to support effective project delivery.
• Prepare reports and documentation using Microsoft Office.
• Work effectively under pressure to meet tight project deadlines.
• Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, across project activities.
• Support project delivery at sites within Java and outside Java as needed.
