Job summary

PT SEG SOLAR MANUFAKTUR INDONESIA in Batang, Central Java is seeking a Sales Executive to develop local energy storage business opportunities, manage key client relationships, and drive sales across residential, commercial, and utility-scale projects.

The role requires a Bachelor degree in a relevant field, 1 year of solar power or energy storage sales experience in Indonesia, proficiency in energy storage products, and willingness to travel nationwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor degree of Electrical Engineering, Energy, Marketing or related fields.
• Have 1 year experience in Solar Power or Energy Storage sales in Indonesia with proven project track record.
• Proficient in energy storage products (lithium battery, PCS, etc.) and Indonesian new energy policies (SNI, TKDN, grid connection).
• Fluent in English and Mandarin is a plus.
• Result-oriented, strong pressure resistance; able to travel frequently across Indonesia.
• Willing to join ASAP and work in Batang, Central Java

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement local energy storage sales plans (residential/commercial/utility-scale) to achieve annual revenue and sales targets.
• Develop key clients (PLN, industrial groups, energy developers) and lead the full cycle of energy storage/microgrid project sales.
• Ensure business compliance with Indonesian regulations (SNI, TKDN) and manage accounts receivable to control risks.
• Coordinate cross-department teams and report sales data, market feedback to headquarters regularly.
