Job summary

BukuWarung is seeking a Merchant Success Executive to expand the company’s SME reach by promoting and installing EDC machines. You will drive sales Growth and maintain strong merchant relationships, ensuring seamless and efficient payment solutions.

The role requires field mobility with a motorcycle, strong negotiation, and the ability to meet sales targets while collaborating with internal teams to improve offerings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ownership of a motorcycle and SIM C is necessary for client visits.
• Experience in motorized sales or canvassing benefits performance.
• Proven track record in sectors like cigarette sales, order-taking, internet, or oil demonstrates versatility.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure sales and foster partnerships.
• Ability to achieve sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage merchants.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new sales opportunities to expand EDC installations among SMEs.
• Negotiate with potential clients to generate sales and secure deals.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing merchants using EDC machines.
• Provide exceptional service and support to merchants.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share market insights.
• Document and report sales activities to refine strategies.
