Job summary

BukuWarung is seeking a Merchant Success Executive to drive growth with small and medium merchants by promoting and installing EDC machines. You will visit sites, close deals, and ensure merchants gain seamless payment capabilities.

You will own end-to-end customer relationships, meet and exceed sales targets, and collaborate with internal teams to refine offerings. A valid motorcycle license and proven field sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Own a motorcycle and valid SIM C license.
• Experience in motorized sales or canvassing.
• Track record in cigarette sales, order-taking, internet, or oil sectors.
• Strong negotiation skills to close deals.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with merchants.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new sales opportunities to install EDC machines among SMEs.
• Negotiate with potential clients to generate sales and secure deals.
• Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing merchants using EDC machines.
• Provide exceptional service and support to merchants.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share market insights.
• Document and report sales activities and market feedback.
