Job summary

BukuWarung is seeking a Merchant Success Executive to expand our SME footprint by promoting and installing EDC machines, helping merchants enhance transaction capabilities and sales. You will build lasting relationships and identify new opportunities for our payment solutions.

Travel to merchants, negotiate deals, hit sales targets, and work with internal teams to refine offerings. Strong motorized sales experience and a customer-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Owner of a motorcycle and SIM C license for client visits.
• Experience in motorized sales or canvassing.
• Track record in cigarette sales, order-taking, internet, or oil.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure sales and partnerships.
• Ability to achieve sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain relationships with merchants.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new sales opportunities to expand EDC installations among SMEs.
• Negotiate with potential clients to generate sales and secure deals.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing merchants using EDC machines.
• Provide exceptional service and support to merchants, addressing concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share market insights and refine offerings.
• Document and report sales activities and market feedback to inform strategy.
