BukuWarung seeks a Merchant Success Executive to expand EDC installations among SMEs and boost sales growth. You will visit merchants, negotiate deals, and maintain ongoing relationships to ensure adoption of payment solutions.

The role emphasizes mobility, sales targets, and customer service, requiring a high school diploma and motorcycle ownership with SIM C. Your field activity will drive revenue and strengthen the merchant network.

Qualifications

• A minimum high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must own motorcycle and SIM C for client visits.
• Experience in motorized sales or canvassing is preferred.
• Track record in cigarettes, orders, internet, or oil sales is advantageous.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to develop merchant relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new sales opportunities to expand the installation of EDC machines among SMEs.
• Negotiate with potential clients to generate sales and secure deals.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets set by the company to contribute to overall business objectives.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing merchants using EDC machines to ensure satisfaction and continued usage.
• Provide exceptional service and support to merchants, facilitating smooth operations and addressing any concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share market insights and improve product offerings.
• Document and report sales activities and market feedback to help refine sales strategies and approaches
