BukuWarung is seeking a Merchant Success Executive to expand our SME footprint by promoting and installing EDC machines and helping merchants enhance payment capabilities.

You will drive sales growth, negotiate deals, maintain strong merchant relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to improve offerings. A motorcycle and license are required for client visits, with strong communication and target-driven mindset valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must own a motorcycle and have a valid SIM C license for client visits.
• Experience in motorized sales or canvassing helps reach merchants and close sales.
• Proven track record in sectors like cigarette sales, order-taking, internet, or oil demonstrates versatility.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure sales and foster long-term partnerships.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and drive growth.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to manage merchant relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new sales opportunities to expand EDC installations among SMEs.
• Negotiate with potential clients to generate sales and secure deals.
• Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing merchants using EDC machines.
• Provide exceptional service and support to merchants.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share market insights and improve offerings.
• Document and report sales activities and market feedback to refine strategies.
