Job summary

BukuWarung is seeking a Merchant Success Executive to expand our SME footprint by promoting and installing EDC machines and supporting merchants to enhance payment capabilities.

You will drive sales growth, maintain strong merchant relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to refine offerings, delivering seamless service and ensuring merchants' ongoing engagement with our payment solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Own motorcycle and SIM C license for mobility.
• Experience in motorized sales or canvassing.
• Proven track record in sectors like cigarette sales, order-taking, internet, or oil.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure sales.
• Ability to achieve sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain relationships with merchants.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new sales opportunities to install EDC machines among SMEs.
• Negotiate with potential clients to generate sales and secure deals.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing merchants using EDC machines.
• Provide exceptional service and support to merchants.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share market insights and improve offerings.
• Document and report sales activities and market feedback to refine strategies.
