Job summary

BukuWarung seeks a Merchant Success Executive to expand the company’s reach by engaging with SMEs and promoting EDC installations. You will drive sales growth, visit merchants on-site, and nurture ongoing relationships to ensure seamless payment solutions.

Ideal candidates will have a background in motorized sales, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record in related sectors. This role requires mobility and client-facing activity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Owns a motorcycle and an active SIM C for client visits.
• Experience in motorized sales or canvassing is preferred.
• Proven track record in sectors like cigarette sales, order-taking, internet, or oil.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure sales and partnerships.
• Ability to achieve sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain merchant relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new sales opportunities to install EDC machines among SMEs.
• Negotiate with potential clients to generate sales and secure deals.
• Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to company growth.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing merchants using EDC machines.
• Provide exceptional service and support to merchants for smooth operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share market insights and refine offerings.
