Job summary

Mondelez International in Southeast Asia seeks a Wwtp Operator to drive safe, efficient manufacturing through expert maintenance leadership and PM/AM mastery. You will lead maintenance planning, set centerline parameters, manage PM budgets, and develop technician capability on filling and packaging lines.

The role requires strong PLC knowledge (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Omron), experience in FMCG environments, and hands-on robotics familiarity.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Autonomous Maintenance and Progressive Maintenance.
• Ability to lead line teams and drive PM/AM programs.
• Experience in TPM tools and breakdown analysis.
• Experience with filling and packing machines in FMCG.

Responsibilities

• Lead planned maintenance and process improvements for multiple lines.
• Own line technology and setpoints, PM systems, and maintenance budgets.
• Develop and execute preventive and time-based maintenance plans.
• Coach technicians to operate and maintain equipment.
• Collaborate with Asset and Reliability team on improvements.
• Be the subject matter expert and trainer for PM topics.
