Job summary

Mondele9z International in Southeast Asia seeks a senior maintenance expert to lead planning, process development and PM implementation in a continuous improvement environment. You will guide cross-functional teams and own line technology and PM KPIs.

The ideal candidate has deep AM/PM, PDCA and PLC/robotics experience in FMCG settings, with a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Relocation is not provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in FMCG manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of AM/PM and PM/maintenance concepts.
• Hands-on with PLC systems and robotics is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, process development and implementation of Planned Maintenance elements.
• Own technology and centerline settings for equipment and processes; manage PM systems and KPIs.
• Develop and execute preventive and time-based maintenance plans; mentor technicians.
• Collaborate with Asset and Reliability teams for system improvements; manage changes.
• Act as site technology owner in regional/global forums.
