Job summary

Mondelēz International in Southeast Asia is seeking a Maintenance Expert to lead planning, process development, and implementation of Planned Maintenance Elements in a continuous improvement manufacturing environment. You will manage PM systems, budget, and build technician capabilities across lines.

Responsibilities include partnering with Asset and Reliability teams, driving cost reductions, and acting as the site technology owner in regional forums.

Qualifications

Experience in a continuous improvement manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of preventive and time-based maintenance systems.
Ability to lead maintenance teams and coordinate with cross-functional roles.
FMCG background and experience with filling and packaging lines.
Robotics familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, process development and implementation of planned maintenance elements.
Manage PM systems, KPIs and Repairs & Maintenance budget for line(s).
Develop, own and execute line maintenance plans and build technician capability.
Collaborate with Asset and Reliability teams for system improvements and cost reductions.
Serve as site technology owner and participate in regional/global technology forums.
