Job summary

Mondelēz International in Southeast Asia is seeking a Line Leader with strong mechanical/electrical background to own line technology and maintenance programs. You will drive PM systems, budget adherence and centerline management while coaching technicians to operate and maintain equipment.

The role requires deep knowledge of PLCs (Siemens/Allen-Bradley/Omron), AM/PM practices and experience in FMCG manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of AM (Autonomous Maintenance) and PM (Preventive Maintenance)
• Ability to lead a Line and coach team members
• Experience in FMCG manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of PLC systems (Siemens/Allen-Bradley/Omron)

Responsibilities

• Own line technology, centerline settings and PM systems
• Manage R&M budget and maintenance KPIs for lines
• Develop preventive maintenance plans and build technician capabilities
• Lead change management, spares localization and cost reductions
• Collaborate with Asset and Reliability teams for improvements
