Job summary

Mondelēz International in Southeast Asia seeks a senior maintenance lead to drive planned maintenance, process stability, and line performance in a dynamic FMCG manufacturing environment. You will own PM systems, centerline settings, and R&M budgets, while mentoring technicians and collaborating with reliability teams to improve uptime and efficiency across multiple lines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required.
Experience in FMCG manufacturing preferred.
Proven experience maintaining filling and packing machines.
Strong knowledge of PLC systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Omron).
Robotics familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead line maintenance to meet SQCDSM targets (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, Morale).
Own line technology, centerline settings, PM systems, and R&M budget.
Develop and execute preventive/time-based maintenance plans; coach technicians.
Collaborate with Asset and Reliability teams for improvements and cost reductions.
Act as site technology owner in regional/global forums.
