Job summary

Mondelēz International in Southeast Asia seeks a Senior Maintenance Lead to drive planned maintenance, process optimization and line performance across packaging and filling lines. You will lead a team of technicians, coordinate with Asset and Reliability groups, and own maintenance budgets while ensuring safety, quality and cost targets are met.

The role requires deep knowledge of AM/PM concepts, TPM tools, and hands-on experience with PLCs and robotics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Eng or related field.
• Experience in FMCG environment.
• Strong knowledge of PM/AM TPM and maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure safe working environment.
• Own line technology and centerline settings for equipment.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans; build technician capability.
• Lead PM systems and manage maintenance budget for the line.
• Partner with Asset and Reliability teams for improvements and changes.
