Job summary

PT Nusa Laras Konstruksi, a Bali-based construction company building villas and boutique hotels, is staffing its site organisation to take over an ongoing project and guide the team into future villa and hotel works. You will lead the civil, structural and architectural package on site, supervising two CSA drafters.

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with a Civil Engineering or Architecture degree and at least 3 years supervising CSA works, you will ensure high quality in structure and

• D3 or S1 in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum 3 years supervising CSA works on building projects (villa, hotel or high-end residential).
• Strong on both structure and finishing quality; this role requires both.
• Fluent with AutoCAD for checking and marking up drawings.
• Able to lead a mixed crew of direct labour and subcontractors and keep the programme moving.
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English, both spoken and written.
• SKK Konstruksi certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily CSA execution: earthworks, foundations, structure, masonry, waterproofing, finishing.
• Direct two CSA drafters and own the shop drawings for your package.
• Prepare the daily and weekly work plan, brief the crews and the subcontractors each morning.
• Check setting out, levels and dimensions with the Site Surveyor before any pour or any wall goes up.
• Prepare each work stage for Quality Control inspection and close out the findings.
• Track material consumption against the estimate and report deviation early.
• Enforce the safety rules on your package with the K3 officer.
• Report progress, obstacles and manpower daily to the Project Manager.

Job description

PT Nusa Laras Konstruksi is a Bali based construction company building villas and boutique hotels. We are staffing our site organisation to take over a project already under construction, and to carry the team into the projects that follow it.

THE ROLE

You lead the civil, structural and architectural package on site, from structure through to finishing, with two CSA drafters working under you. You report to the Project Manager Site.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Supervise daily CSA execution: earthworks, foundations, structure, masonry, waterproofing, finishing.

Direct your two CSA drafters and own the shop drawings for your package. The team that executes owns its drawings.

Prepare the daily and weekly work plan, brief the crews and the subcontractors each morning.
