Job summary

PT Nusa Laras Konstruksi in Bali seeks a seasoned on-site leader to deliver an ongoing villa/hotel project to programme, budget, and quality targets, then drive the next phase with confidence.

Take over mid-construction, re-baseline the schedule, and manage critical paths weekly while coordinating CSA and MEP teams and ensuring top safety and documentation standards for a high-end residential portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, or equivalent site experience.
• Minimum 5 years running building sites, at least 2 as Project Manager or Site Manager.
• Proven delivery on villa, hotel or high end residential projects, in Bali or wider Indonesia.
• Experience taking over a project mid construction and auditing the inheritance.
• Strong on planning: MS Project or Primavera, S curve, weekly look ahead.
• Comfortable reading structural, architectural and MEP drawings and spotting clashes early.
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English, both spoken and written.
• SKA or SKK Konstruksi certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Chair weekly site coordination and produce a weekly progress report to management.
• Control manpower, subcontractors and site productivity against the plan.
• Enforce the rule that no work starts without an approved and revision controlled drawing.
• Escalate design clashes, variations and cost impacts early, in writing.
• Work with Quality Control and Purchasing and K3 as independent control functions, not as your subordinates.
• Keep the site safe, clean and inspection ready at all times.

Job description

PT Nusa Laras Konstruksi is a Bali based construction company building villas and boutique hotels. We are staffing our site organisation to take over a project already under construction, and to carry the team into the projects that follow it.

THE ROLE

You own delivery on site. You take over an ongoing build, get a clear picture of where it actually stands, and drive it to completion on programme, on budget and on quality. Once it hands over, you lead the next project.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Run daily site execution across CSA and MEP, with the two site supervisors reporting to you.

Take over the existing programme, re-baseline it honestly, and manage the critical path week by week.

Control manpower, subcontractors and site productivity against the plan.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, or equivalent site experience.
