The role requires hands-on leadership, strong drafting/quantity surveying knowledge, and fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Based in Kuta, Lombok with relocation support as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in construction site management or related role.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written).
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

• Manage and supervise daily construction site operations to ensure safe, on-time delivery and quality.
• Coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders including supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams.
• Monitor project schedules, resources, and site productivity.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports.
• Review and analyze RAB (Rencana Anggaran Biaya) and BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
• Support project planning, cost estimation, and procurement processes.
• Identify site issues and implement practical solutions to maintain progress.
• Ensure compliance with construction regulations, safety standards, and company procedures.

Lombok Biru Konstruksi is seeking an experienced and proactive Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our construction projects in Kuta, Lombok. This role requires a hands‑on professional who can effectively coordinate site activities, manage project teams, monitor progress, and contribute to project planning and cost control.

The ideal candidate combines strong site management capabilities with technical skills in drafting, quantity surveying, and construction budgeting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise daily construction site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.

Coordinate and communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams.

Monitor project schedules, resources, and site productivity.

Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports.

Review, prepare, and analyze RAB (Rencana Anggaran Biaya) and BOQ (Bill of Quantities).

Support project planning, cost estimation, and procurement processes.

Identify site issues and implement practical solutions to maintain project progress.

Ensure compliance with construction regulations, safety standards, and company procedures.

Revise and update technical drawings when required (advantageous).

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in construction site management or a related role.

Strong understanding of construction methods, project coordination, workforce management, and site supervision.

Experience preparing and analyzing RAB/BOQ.

Proficient in reading and interpreting technical and construction drawings.

Ability to prepare accurate project reports and documentation.

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written).

Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

Based in or willing to relocate to Kuta, Lombok.
