Job summary

PT Nusa Laras Konstruksi in Bali seeks a dual-role professional handling procurement and K3 (safety) on site. You will manage material schedules, source qualified suppliers, issue orders, and ensure safety leadership across the project, with authority to halt unsafe work.

• D3 or S1 in a relevant technical or management discipline.
• Minimum 3 years in construction procurement, site safety, or both.
• Ahli K3 Umum certification, or willingness to be certified within the first 3 months.
• Knowledge of Bali and Java supplier market for building materials, or ability to build that network quickly.
• Rigorous with paperwork and maintain a paper trail for purchasing decisions.
• Able to say no to shortcuts on site when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the material schedule against the construction programme.
• Source and compare suppliers with at least three quotations on significant packages.
• Issue purchase orders and track deliveries; chase late deliveries.
• Verify delivered quantity and specification with Logistics before invoicing.
• Maintain a clean, auditable price database and supplier list.
• Own the site safety plan and related documentation; conduct daily safety walks; investigate incidents; keep action logs; stop unsafe work when required.

Job description

PT Nusa Laras Konstruksi is a Bali based construction company building villas and boutique hotels. We are staffing our site organisation to take over a project already under construction, and to carry the team into the projects that follow it.

THE ROLE

Two responsibilities in one seat, reporting outside the site execution line so that neither can be quietly overruled by site pressure. You buy what the project needs at the right price and the right date, and you own safety on site.

WHAT YOU WILL DO, PURCHASING

• Build and maintain the material schedule against the construction programme, so nothing arrives late and nothing arrives six weeks early.
• Source and compare suppliers, with at least three quotations on any significant package.
• Issue purchase orders, track deliveries, chase what is late.
• Verify delivered quantity and specification with Logistic before any invoice is approved.
• Maintain a clean, auditable price database and supplier list.
• Flag in writing any price movement that puts the budget at risk, before it is committed.

WHAT YOU WILL DO, K3

• Own the site safety plan: induction, toolbox talks, PPE, permits to work.
• Daily safety walk with written findings and a closure log.
• Investigate every incident and near miss, and produce the corrective action.
• Keep the statutory K3 documentation complete and current.
• Stop unsafe work. You have the authority and you are expected to use it.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• D3 or S1 in a relevant technical or management discipline.
• Minimum 3 years in construction procurement, site safety, or both.
• Ahli K3 Umum certification, or willingness to be certified within the first 3 months.
• You know the Bali and Java supplier market for building materials, or you can build that network fast.
• Rigorous with paperwork. Purchasing without a paper trail is not purchasing.
• Able to say no to a site team that wants a shortcut.
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English, both spoken and written.
