Job summary

PT. UNIT BUILD INDUSTRIES in Bali is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee on-site execution, manage supervisors and subcontractors, and ensure project milestones align with plan.

You will review technical drawings, allocate tasks, and coordinate with the Engineering Division to develop methods, while preparing weekly progress reports and maintaining quality standards. Willing to be assigned to Pererenan, Bali; UNIT. Group operates across multiple units in Bali.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• At least 5 years of construction experience with roles like Site Manager, Assistant Site Manager, or Senior Site Supervisor.
• Experience coordinating activities from planning through completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, specs, and quality standards.
• Experience managing Supervisors, Foremen, workers, and subcontractors.

• Prepare and submit weekly project progress reports.
• Monitor and maintain construction quality on site per project standards.
• Allocate work scopes to Supervisors based on priorities.
• Review drawings to ensure proper distribution for site execution.
• Assist the Project Manager with project instructions and execution strategies.

Job description

Prepare and submit weekly project progress reports to monitor work progress and project performance

Monitor and maintain the quality of construction work on site in accordance with project standards and specifications

Allocate and assign work scopes to Supervisors based on project requirements and priorities

Review technical drawings and shop drawings and ensure their proper distribution to Supervisors for site execution

Assist the Project Manager in implementing project instructions, policies, and execution strategies

Determine material and manpower requirements, including specifications, quantities, and procurement schedules

Develop and implement construction methods in coordination with the Engineering Division

Coordinate and execute weekly project work plans in accordance with the established project timeline and schedule

Coordinate with subcontractors regarding approved work plans, work progress, and quality standards

Job qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, with proven experience as a Site Manager, Assistant Site Manager, or Senior Site Supervisor

Experienced in managing and coordinating construction activities from planning through execution and completion

Strong knowledge of construction methods, technical drawings, shop drawings, project specifications, and quality standards

Experienced in managing Supervisors, Foremen, workers, and subcontractors and allocating work scopes according to project requirements

Proven ability to prepare and analyze weekly project progress reports and monitor project performance against established timelines

Willing to be assigned to Pererenan, Bali
