Job summary

ByBali Build Consulting in Bali seeks a proactive Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction operations for iconic Bali projects such as beach clubs, restaurants, hotels and villas. You will work with the Project Manager, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure plans, schedules and budgets are respected.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering and at least 3 years in site supervision or quantity surveying for renovations or construction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in site supervision and/or quantity surveying.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in basic construction documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities with the Project Manager, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure construction works follow approved drawings, specifications, schedules and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate daily site reports including progress, workforce, materials, and issues.
• Attend site meetings and act as on-site contact for clients, consultants or inspectors.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely material deliveries and safety compliance.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to support daily construction site operations and cost control activities. This role will work closely with the Project Manager, site team, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are executed according to approved plans, schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities in collaboration with the Project Manager, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure construction works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, schedules, and quality standards
• Monitor work quality and report any deviations, delays, or site issues to the Project Manager
• Maintain accurate daily site reports, including progress updates, workforce records, material deliveries, and site issues
• Follow up on corrective actions related to snag lists, quality issues, or delays
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Ensure all workers comply with safety regulations, site rules, and company standards
• Attend regular site coordination and progress meetings
• Act as an on-site point of contact for clients, consultants, or inspectors when required
• Prepare and provide daily renovation reports and weekly progress reports based on the collected data on site
• Support communication between the site team and the project office

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in site supervision and/or quantity surveying (renovation or construction projects preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong organizational, reporting, and communication skills
• Familiar with 2D/3D drawing and S-Curve scheduling
• Familiar with 2-3 storey Building
• Familiar with Bills of Quantities (BoQ), renovation quotations, and scope of work
• Proficient in basic construction documentation and reporting
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
