Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a proactive Site Supervisor to represent the Construction Management team on-site in Bali, Indonesia. You will monitor construction progress, ensure compliance with drawings, specs, quality standards, safety rules, and approved schedules.

Responsibilities include supervising daily activities, coordinating with contractors and stakeholders, conducting site inspections, reporting progress to the Project Manager, and ensuring timely corrective actions to maintain project

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in construction supervision.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good command of spoken and written English.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

1-3 years of experience in construction supervision, preferably in villa or building projects.

Able to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Good command of spoken and written English

Willing to work on-site in Nusa Lembongan, Bali.
