Job summary

prima usaha rosa efraimindo (PURE) seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead Bali construction projects from mobilization to handover. You will manage schedules, budgets, quality, safety, and contract compliance while coordinating clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in construction with PM leadership, strong cost control, and proficiency in MS Project or Primavera.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in construction with 3+ years in PM leadership role.
• Experience managing multiple work packages and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong scheduling, cost control, procurement, quality, and contract administration knowledge.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced and highly accountable Project Manager to lead and manage construction projects in Bali from mobilization through completion and handover. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, according to quality standards, safely, and in accordance with contractual requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the overall planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of construction projects.
• Develop and monitor master schedules, detailed schedules, look-ahead schedules, and recovery plans.
• Monitor project progress against approved schedule, budget, scope, quality, and contractual requirements.
• Lead and coordinate project team members, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Manage subcontractor performance, manpower, productivity, work quality, and progress.
• Coordinate procurement and ensure critical and long-lead materials are delivered according to project requirements.
• Monitor project costs, budget, committed costs, actual costs, cost-to-complete, and potential cost variances.
• Identify project risks, delays, constraints, and potential claims, and develop mitigation and recovery actions.
• Lead project coordination and progress meetings with the Client/Owner and Consultants.
• Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, quality standards, and contractual requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 3 years in a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager / equivalent project leadership position.
• Proven experience managing construction projects from planning through completion and handover.
• Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers, multidisciplinary project teams, and multiple work packages.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, cost control, procurement, quality, HSE/K3, and contract administration.
• Strong ability to develop and execute project recovery plans when projects experience delays.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project cost, budget, cash flow, and profitability.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly accountable, disciplined, proactive, and result-oriented.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or other project scheduling software is an advantage.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, is an advantage.
• Willing to be based in Bali and work according to project requirements.
