Job summary

PT TOTAL BANGUN PERSADA Tbk is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee high-rise building projects, data centers, and warehouses across Indonesia. The role requires strong leadership, on-site coordination, and the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Civil Engineering/ Architecture.
• At least 3 years experience as Site Manager in high rise building projects, data centers and warehouses.
• Strong leadership and on-site coordination skills.
• Proven ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Proficient in English both written and spoken.
• Possession of licences/certificates such as SKK or other relevant certification is highly prioritized.
• Willing to be assigned to projects throughout Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Managing overall site performance of construction processes, including liaising with suppliers and sub-contractors.
• Overseeing the direction of a construction project and finding solutions to problems that occur.
• Reviewing building practices to ensure compliance with forecast budgets, health and safety guidelines, and project management procedures.
